At AnimeTreasure, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through PowerPalm Grip are final sale.
We do not offer refunds or returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including shipping address, are correct before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement only.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage
  • Your order number must be included

Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for damaged items—replacements are provided instead.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error:

  • AnimeTreasure is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order
  • If the package is returned to us, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense

Missing or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local carrier
  • AnimeTreasure is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
